The Ski Shop has the Area’s best repair shop with the most state-of-the-art equipment!
Please allow us a minimum of 72 hours for turnaround on tunes and service work during peak times.
If you are looking for a wax, tune, repair, binding adjustment or mounting we are confident you will not find any other facility in Colorado Springs that offers the experience, knowledge, expertise, and state-of-the-art equipment technology like we have at The Ski Shop. Our technicians are factory trained and certified to mount, adjust, and calibrate every alpine binding from the major manufacturers. Not all ski shops in Colorado Springs have these credentials. You owe it to your safety to make sure the shop technician working on your bindings is trained, certified and indemnified to mount or adjust that specific binding. Did you know that all the binding manufacturers recommend that you get your ski bindings inspected and ASTM tested annually? You can trust our certified experts to inspect and safety test your bindings so they are calibrated to release correctly in the event of a fall.
When it comes to waxing and tuning your skis/snowboard our facility is the most technologically advanced of any Shop in Colorado Springs. You’ve heard the expression “you get what you pay for”. We think you’ll find that our prices are very competitive and the tunes you get from The Ski Shop are more extensive than other shops. The Ski Shop has invested heavily in the most state-of-the-art equipment in the industry. While other shops use old-school belt sanders and edge sharpeners, The Ski Shop is the only facility in Colorado that features the automated Reichmann Slopemaster tuner. This technology enables us to give your skis the very best base structure and ceramic edge finish in the industry. We are also one of only a handful of shops in the state that have the Wax Future infrared waxer. Most other shops are still manually ironing and scraping wax or using belt waxes which only last for a couple days of skiing/riding. The Ski Shop’s Wax Future technology uses consistent infrared light heat to help the wax penetrate the base more evenly without the need for scraping (which can damage the base of skis and snowboards).
