Went in about a month ago to get my first board for a trip. The salesman (wish I could remember his name) who helped me was beyond helpful. He got all my info on experience (used to be good but hadn't been in 10+ years) and helped me pick out a board based on that. He also helped me pick out boots and bindings, once he found out my size he immediately pointed me towards some used Burton step ons in my size, which saved me hundreds of dollars. They also got my board all set up for me. I recently returned from my trip and everything was perfect! The board was an exact fit for my skill level and I was so glad to have step ins. I wish I could give more stars as my experience at the store was 5/5 and my experience with the equipment they sold me was 5/5. Added bonus, even without used boots my board was significantly less expensive than if I had bought it from the online retailer I was looking at.
Response from the owner:We're so happy you had a positive experience at our shop and, most importantly, we're stoked you had fun on the slopes on your new set-up! It sounds like you did some research on-line before you visited our store. We really do our best to keep our prices at or below what you'll find on-line. Most importantly, equipment like boots are very difficult to purchase on-line because they all fit so differently and many SB and ski boots have customization features that only specialty shops like ours can do. Plus, you get to work one-on-one with our knowledgeable knuckle-draggers! Be safe and keep on havin' fun! -Scott
